• I will serve the best interests of my clients. Conducting my professional activities without causing and or intending to cause harm.
• I will treat all my clients equally, regardless of origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual orientation.
• I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law.
• I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice that I am not qualified to provide. If trained in one of these areas, I will differentiate between the “channeler” session, and any professional advice additionally provided.
• I will respect my client’s right to refuse or terminate their session at any time during the relation of the session regardless of prior consent.

Disclaimer for Goods and Services

The area of mediumship is still in its explorative stage. The studies of neuromapping of the brain, the connectivity, and brainwaves emitted during are still in their infant stages. There is a budding stage of scientific study trying to quantify parameters within this field.

However, for now, this field, still cannot be quantified or measured. As a result, cannot be guaranteed. With that said, should someone wish to partake in one of my “Higher Self” sessions, they recognize and agree to this term. These sessions are to be entered into with the “clients’” explicit permission to do so. The “channeler” at no point can be held liable or faulted for the information provided.

Please note, any advice, conversation, or information received from the “Up High Healing” website or “Ashley Boyle” aka the “channeler”, are to be seen as subjective and or at times abstract opinions. They are in no way to replace any professional opinion.

Please know that what is shared or created for the “website,” and other “social platforms” associated with “Up High Healing” is from the “channeler’s” individual opinions on metaphysical topics. As such, these opinions are not presented as facts or to be taken as fact. Meaning the “channeler” cannot and should not be held liable for the opinions, perspectives, or claims expressed. In terms of the “services.” The “channeler” is subject and will comply with the parameters outlined in the sessions such as schedule adherence. Only in cases where “force majeure” applies can this occur. Or where the stipulated period to cancel is then applied. The allotted time for cancellation is (24 hours) before the session date and time. This notice will also be presented again to the “client” before purchasing a session.

The “channeler” will comply with providing the services within these allotted time limits. Also, the “channeler” is held to the compliance of providing the service of reviewing and relaying the information. Should the “channeler” go over that allotted time, the “client” will be made aware and notified. Explicit consent to proceed with the extra allotted time will be required.

 Lastly, the “client” will be provided a copy of the scribed sheets via email in PDF form and a copy of the video recording taken during the session. Only subject to the “clients” expressed interest to do so. Failure to comply with any of these parameters within a reasonable time will permit the client to request a refund.

Goods:

“Up High Healing” is in no way responsible or liable for products sold on the “website.” The products and guarantees associated with said products will be directed to the manufacturer or producer of these items for remedy.

The ownness for returns and or issues with the products themselves are to be handled by the creator or producer of the item purchased through the “Up High Healing.” website.  We at “Up High Healing” are simply distributors of these goods. Note: All returns and or refunds of such goods will be returnable or refundable through the original vendor. Any clothing, yoga, divination tools, or health products are subject to a 10-business day recission term and or exchange period upon proof of purchase.
